Who are we?
Hi! we are a group of students from realgymnasiet in Borås. We are intrested in today's plastic consumption and the consequences that affects the ocean. Our goal is to inspire the younger generation to think twice becuase the future is in our hands. Our ocean, our future!
The situation
Every year, around 8 million tonnes of plastic ends up in the oceans and we assume that around 150 million tonnes of plastic are currently floating in the oceans, or 580 000 plastic bits per cubic meter and 51 trillion particles of microplastics. And it just continues. (HÅLL SVERIGE RENT).
